• By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to:

• Post harmful, abusive, illegal, or misleading content
• Harass, threaten, or exploit other users
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious software or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Reverse-engineer or misuse the platform or AI services

You retain ownership of content you post, upload, or share through MLH.

By using MLH, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store
• Display
• Process
• Distribute

your content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the service.

Users are responsible for the content they create, share, or generate on MLH.

We reserve the right to review, remove, restrict, or moderate content that:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful, abusive, illegal, or offensive
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Threatens user or platform safety

MLH provides AI-powered features including AI chat assistance and AI-generated content.

By using our AI services, you agree that:

• You are responsible for prompts and content submitted
• AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies
• You will independently verify important information
• You will not use AI services for unlawful or harmful purposes
• You will not attempt to misuse or disrupt AI systems

Regarding AI-generated text, images, videos, and other content:

• Content is provided on an “as is” basis
• We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or suitability
• Users are responsible for reviewing generated content before use
• Users must respect intellectual property rights and applicable laws

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• These Terms are violated
• User behavior harms other users or the platform
• Required by law or safety concerns

MLH is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MLH shall not be liable for:

• User-generated content
• AI-generated content
• User interactions or disputes
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of MLH is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

To maintain a safe and respectful community, all users of MLH agree to the following rules.

Users must not:

• Post or share content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing.
• Promote hate speech, discrimination, or violence against any individual or group.
• Upload sexually explicit, exploitative, or inappropriate content.
• Share illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content.
• Spam, impersonate another person, or create fake accounts.
• Encourage self-harm, criminal activity, or other dangerous behavior.
• Violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
• Use MLH to distribute malware, phishing links, or other harmful content.

MLH reserves the right to review, moderate, remove, or restrict any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Content may be removed without prior notice if it is determined to be objectionable, harmful, or in violation of applicable laws or our policies.

Users can report posts, comments, messages, profiles, and other content that they believe violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and appropriate action will be taken.

Users may block other users to prevent unwanted interactions. Blocking helps protect users from harassment, abuse, or unwanted communication.

MLH may take one or more of the following actions against accounts that violate these Terms:

• Remove offending content.
• Issue warnings.
• Temporarily suspend account access.
• Permanently terminate user accounts.
• Report unlawful activities to the appropriate authorities when required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of MLH after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
